A Certainty of certain

Before you assign yourself to any one sect or religion, or neither and remain confident in your faith that you are of no god. Think on these. Yes, before you declare your unbelief in Christ and take a stand for your beliefs against theism, may I present:

1. Your name and surname relates and can be traced back to family, who including you, all had once been registered a birthdate. This date is relative to one other person, Jesus Christ.

Yes, His life determined and still determines time. Ie. My birthday was on 30 October 1982 AD. That is A.D. being anno domini, Latin for "in the year of the Lord”—the year Jesus was born. This is based on the Julian and Gregorian calendars. And the entire world use these to reference time, just check you identification document.

2. Our country and all other countries have laws. These laws are legislated, ordered and maintained by the government in power. However, when these laws are broken and a lawbreaker trialled, before the court can begin the process of justice, another law is required to adhere to. Before anyone can testify in court, the highest authoritative law that can be sworn on is the bible. The Word of God which is Christ incarnated, Jesus. So...when you break the law of the land, they make you swear on God's law to best ensure you 'tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth so help you God.'

3. When people get married they generally arrange for the union to be formally officiated. At this time, the Law of God is once more referred to. And yes, I know, not all marry under this umbrella of faith. Still, many that claim their unbelief in God, get married by a biblical order or form seeking the blessing of God.

4. When you die you will need to be buried or cremated. Yet prior to this, a "service" is held in honour of the deceased wherein they commend his/her soul to God. Yes, they ascribe "rest in peace" and "ashes to ashes, dust to dust" at your funeral. So even if you don't belief, the family that buries you will in most cases consider a biblical send off as most dignified for you. And if you are not Christian, your death certificate will list a date relating to Jesus's birth date.

My point is this: Your ignorance and unbelief of God the Father of Jesus Christ, brings you nothing more than delay. The inevitable truth that awaits you here and in the afterlife is and will always be Christ. Make peace with Peace, accept the truth of Truth and choose the life who is Life. Jesus.
